A 2,362-seat historic auditorium in downtown Nashville, built in 1892 as the Union Gospel Tabernacle and famous as the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 to 1974. Known as the Mother Church of Country Music, it now hosts hundreds of shows a year across country, rock, folk and beyond, and has been named Pollstar's venue of the year more than a dozen times.
