A Beaux-Arts former vaudeville palace on Roosevelt Way in the Central Business District, opened in 1921, flooded by Katrina, and restored to reopen in 2015. The roughly 1,500-1,800-capacity hall is home base for the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and also hosts touring rock, R&B, and funk acts plus Jazz Fest late-night shows.
