Nonprofit jazz education and performance center founded in the late 1990s by Roger Spencer and Lori Mechem, now located on Buchanan Street in North Nashville. Its in-house venue, the Jazz Cave, is an intimate roughly 80-seat listening room that DownBeat has named among the world's great jazz venues, hosting local and nationally known jazz artists alongside classes and community programs.
