A small club on East Sixth Street in downtown Austin, open since Halloween 1991 and long established as the city's home for reggae, ska, dub, and world music, with tiered bench seating and a rooftop deck. Jamaican dub pioneer Lee 'Scratch' Perry used it as his Austin homebase, playing the room roughly twenty times.
