It was founded by Geoff Siegel, a former A&R at Columbia, Giant and Curb, with Jon Rosner, formerly co-president of The Bicycle Music Company, as president, and has an A&R focus on hip hop and R&B. Artists email streaming links to 3 to 5 songs; it listens to everything but usually only replies if it can use the music.
