College, community, and non-commercial stations that actually spin indie submissions — the ones where a DJ picks the tracks. We deliberately skip commercial format-locked, news/talk, and religious stations. Each has a music-director email or a submission form.

The best radio targets are non-playlisted: every host chooses their own music, so one good-fit submission can land on multiple shows. College and community stations reward a real, local, genre-matched pitch far more than a mass blast.
