Public Radio Tulsa (KWGS 89.5, licensed to the University of Tulsa) carries two local music shows on its 89.5-1 service. Folk Salad, on Sundays at 7pm with Richard Higgs and Scott Aycock, mixes folk, singer-songwriter, Americana, bluegrass, blues and Oklahoma Red Dirt with in-studio sessions. The Rhythm Atlas, with Denis McGilvray on Sundays at 6pm, plays world music from Afrobeat to Zouk, including new releases. The station publishes only a general inbox.
