5GTR FM is Mount Gambier's community radio station, on air since 1983 and staffed by more than fifty volunteer announcers drawn from across the district. It supports local and visiting musicians, gives recording artists live airplay to build their exposure, and carries a mix of contemporary, specialist, ethnic and Indigenous programming. Presenters choose their own music across shows spanning country, rock and roll and pop.
