Boris Šurlan is a Serbian mixing, mastering and re-recording engineer based in Belgrade, owner of Midnight Studio (Lazarevac). He graduated in music production and sound design at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade as the best student of his generation, earned an MA in recording and sound design at the Faculty of Drama Arts, completed Chris Lord-Alge's "Mix With The Masters" seminar, and currently teaches as a docent at the Academy of Arts. He works across heavy rock / metal, film, and indie projects — verified Discogs credits include mixes for Claymorean (2015–2025), Superhammer, Midnight Rain, Claymore, and Ramera.
