Pieces of 8 Music

London · GB

Pieces of 8 Music is a boutique London management and publishing company founded by James Morgan after ten years in A and R at Universal Music. The artist side of the roster is small and deliberately so: Erica Manzoli, a London songwriter co-managed with AuthorityMGMT whose records lean soulful and confessional, and Jos Rivers, who signed to Sony Music RCA UK in October 2025 after four years of development. Around those two sits a roster of producers, mixers and writers including LVTHER, Clint Murphy, Jake Gordon, Howie B and Matt Lawrence, which means an artist here gets management and a studio network in the same conversation. They suit a vocal led pop or soul writer who wants patient development rather than a quick campaign. They publish a general address and a contact form and do not say they are closed, so a direct inquiry is fair game.
