The Management Ark is a US jazz-management firm founded in 1982 by Edward C. Arrendell II and Vernon H. Hammond III. The firm has two offices: a Bethesda, MD office run by Edward Arrendell handling Wynton Marsalis and Herlin Riley (ed@managementark.pro), and a Princeton, NJ office run by Vernon Hammond handling Kenny Garrett, Steve Turre, and Ola Onabule, plus international booking (vernon@managementark.com; 116 Village Blvd., Suite 200, Princeton, NJ 08540). Domestic booking for the firm's Princeton-managed artists is handled by Maria Matias Music (Carmel, CA); booking for Wynton Marsalis and Herlin Riley is handled by The Kurland Agency (Boston, MA).
