Records is the legendary Long Beach, California record store that opened in 1978 breaking R&B, gospel, jazz, reggae, and blues, then became a birthplace of West Coast hip-hop when its back-room studio hosted a young Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, and Warren G. Its rooftop sign is now a recognized local landmark.
