Unidisc Music is one of Canada's largest independent labels, founded in 1977 by George Cucuzzella and based in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. It is best known as a deep-catalog house for rare and hard-to-find recordings from the mid-1960s through the late 1980s spanning disco, funk, soul, dance, hip hop, reggae and more, with a strong sync-licensing business placing that material in film, TV and media. Its catalog and reissue roster include acts such as Shalamar, Sylvester, The Nylons, and Lee Aaron.
