Sonic Vista Music is an independent UK label founded in 2005 in Kingston upon Hull and later relocated to Blackpool, built by members of the band Ernest alongside promoter/editor Ken Foster. Deliberately sidestepping the London-centric UK industry, it cultivated overseas ties through Sonic Vista Japan and Canada's Jaded Rebel Entertainment. Its catalogue leans toward alternative, indie, acoustic and progressive/classic rock, with acts such as Dropshard, Machines Dream, Steph Fraser, Man-made Noise and Fonda 500.
