Sierra Records is an Americana, country, bluegrass, and folk-rock label founded in 1977 by John Delgatto in Etiwanda, California (a successor to his earlier Briar Records). It specialized in archival recordings, reissues, and new releases tied to The Byrds and the California country-rock and progressive-bluegrass scenes, with a roster that included Gram Parsons, Gene Clark, Clarence White, Skip Battin, and Country Gazette. The label drew wide notice in 1982 with Gram Parsons & the Fallen Angels' Live 1973, which earned a Grammy nomination. Its mail-order site closed in 2019 and the catalog and worldwide copyrights were acquired by 43 North Broadway LLC (43 North Holdings), which now maintains it.
