Red Hammer Records is an independent rock, pop, and contemporary Christian label founded in 2006 by Darren Bowls in Battle Ground, Washington, in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Its debut signing, the band SONSOFDAY, earned a Gospel Music Channel video-of-the-year award for "This Place" following a 2007 national release. The label expanded with acts including the Norwegian bands Dreampilots and Humming People plus Portland electro-pop group Paper Rings, with distribution handled by Entertainment One. Its activity appears to have largely tapered after the late 2000s.
