NLV Records is a Sydney-based independent label founded in 2015 by Nina Agzarian (Nina Las Vegas) on the day she left triple j, conceived as a go-to outlet for original, forward-thinking underground club music across many genres. It is one of Australia's longest-running female-founded and led labels and has expanded into artist management, A&R, curation and creative partnerships. Its roster champions experimental club sounds spanning dancehall, grime and lo-fi electronic.
