Nighthawk Records is an American independent label founded in 1976 and based in St. Louis, focused primarily on roots reggae along with some post-war blues. Its producers traveled to Kingston, Jamaica in the 1970s and 1980s to record artists including the Gladiators, Culture, Justin Hinds and the Dominoes, and Junior Byles. The label's catalog is now reissued and distributed through Los Angeles-based Omnivore Recordings.
