Moodgadget is an independent electronic music label started in 2004 (Ann Arbor, MI) by Jakub Alexander and Adam E. Hunt, later operating out of Brooklyn, NY, with a mission of showcasing the diversity of electronically made music. Its output spans glitchy IDM, ambient, beat-driven and experimental electronica, with Alexander handling A&R and Hunt working as mastering engineer/web designer. The label is best known as an early home for artists like Mux Mool, and remains documented across Discogs, Beatport, Bleep and SoundCloud.
