L.I.E.S. (Long Island Electrical Systems) is a Brooklyn, New York record label founded in 2010 by Ron Morelli. It became a defining force in the so-called 'outsider house' wave, putting out raw, lo-fi, hardware-driven house and techno alongside noise and experimental electronics. Its catalog spans artists such as Delroy Edwards, Terekke, Legowelt, Steve Summers, Marcos Cabral, Svengalisghost and Tzusing, and the label remains active with a steady stream of vinyl releases.
