Improvised Music from Japan
JP
Improvised Music from Japan is both a website and a record label founded in 1996 by Yoshiyuki Suzuki, devoted to Japanese and Japan-based free improvisers. It has documented the country's quiet-improvisation scene through releases and compilations tied to spaces like the Off Site venue in Tokyo.
