Hypnotic Records is the electronic-music imprint of Los Angeles-based reissue and indie label Cleopatra Records, launched in 1995 by Cleopatra founder Brian Perera. The label digs into dance, house, trance, techno, drum and bass, dubstep and rave culture, and notably produced the rave-era documentary 'Better Living Through Circuitry.' Its catalog and roster lean toward EDM acts including Blackburner, DJ Keoki and Talla 2XLC, alongside compilation releases. It remains active under the Cleopatra umbrella, with a strong Bandcamp presence.
