Hydeout Productions is the Japanese independent label founded by Tokyo producer Jun Seba, better known as Nujabes, which became the home for his signature jazz-sampling, atmospheric hip-hop/lo-fi sound. It released Nujabes' albums and the two 'Hydeout Productions' collection compilations, featuring collaborators such as Shing02, Uyama Hiroto, Substantial, Cise Starr and Pase Rock. Following Nujabes' death in 2010 the label is effectively defunct, kept alive mainly through reissues of its catalogue.
