Gar Hole Records

New Orleans · US

Independent "unAmericana" label established in the fall of 2020 by Fayetteville tape-label owner Kurt DeLashmet and singer-songwriter Nick Shoulders, its first signee; the label completed a move from Northwest Arkansas to New Orleans in spring 2026. It puts out country, folk and Americana records on vinyl, CD and cassette by Nick Shoulders, Jude Brothers, Chris Acker, The Lostines, Sabine McCalla, Angela Autumn, Jonny Fritz, Brody Price and Two Runner, with distribution by Redeye Worldwide. Its contact page doubles as the music-submission route: the label says it is small and slow but does its best to listen to everything.
