Free-Will (operating as FWD Inc.) is an independent Japanese music company founded in 1986 by Color vocalist Hiroshi 'Dynamite Tommy' Tomioka, based in Tokyo. A pioneering force in visual kei alongside Extasy Records, it handles everything from CD production to promotion and distribution and runs imprints including the major-division FIREWALL DIV. and Resistar Records. Its roster has featured prominent visual kei and rock acts such as Dir En Grey, Sukekiyo, Merry, Kizu and Bug Lug; the company is active and also manages anime projects (e.g. the Baki series).
