Fierce Panda Records is a London-based independent label founded in 1994 by music journalist Simon Williams, originally to release indie/guitar-band singles and compilations. It is celebrated for issuing early/debut releases by future major acts including Coldplay, Keane, Death Cab for Cutie and Ash, with a roster leaning heavily toward indie rock, alternative and post-punk. Still active after 30-plus years, it continues to release contemporary guitar bands and sells via Bandcamp.
