Day by Day Entertainment is an independent underground hip-hop label and distribution company based in New York City, founded in 1999 by rapper/producer MF Grimm shortly before his incarceration and relaunched in August 2009. It is best known for ambitious MF Grimm projects such as the triple-disc 'American Hunger' and 'The Downfall of Ibliys: A Ghetto Opera,' alongside collaborations with producer Ayatollah. The catalog is firmly rooted in lyrical, gritty East Coast independent/underground hip-hop, and the label remained sporadically active into the mid-2010s.
