Crooked Beat Records is a long-running independent record shop in the Washington, DC metro area (most recently in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia) that launched its own in-house label in 2014 to spotlight local DC-area acts. The catalog leans toward punk and modern alternative/indie rock, with roughly half a dozen albums plus several 7-inches and Record Store Day and tribute releases. Output reflects the store's roots in classic punk and post-hardcore. The physical Del Ray storefront closed in May 2026 and the operation is seeking a new location, but the label and online store remain active.
