Create Music Group is an independent American music distribution, rights-management and publishing company founded in 2015 (originally CreateTV) by Jonathan Strauss and Alexandre Williams, headquartered in Los Angeles. The data-driven company provides distribution, digital rights management/royalty collection (including YouTube and social monetization) and, since 2018, music publishing. It has acquired distributor Label Engine and grown rapidly; a June 2024 minority investment round led by Flexpoint Ford raised $165 million and valued the company at roughly $1 billion (unicorn status).
