Beatservice Records is a Norwegian electronic-music label founded 10 October 1994 in Tromsø by Vidar Hanssen, who began it off the back of his student-radio show "The Beatservice Radio Show." Proudly a small "kitchen table" operation run in spare time, it focuses exclusively on Norwegian artists across ambient, house, experimental techno and drum'n'bass. Distribution runs digitally through The Orchard and physically via Musikkoperatørene in Norway and Kudos abroad.
