B-Unique is a London-based independent record label and publishing company founded in 2001 by Mark Lewis and Martin Toher, and is one of the UK's most successful indie music companies (marking 25 years in 2026). It broke through early with Kaiser Chiefs, whose debut yielded hits like 'I Predict a Riot' and 'Ruby,' and has worked with Alkaline Trio, Aqualung, Hot Hot Heat, The Ordinary Boys, The Automatic, Primal Scream, James Bay, John Newman, Kodaline and Belle and Sebastian. The label launched a publishing division in 2011 and reports over 30 million albums sold; its current roster centres on Irish indie-folk act Kingfishr alongside emerging artists like Benjamin Steer and Iona Luke.
