Azadi Records is the label that did more than most to drag Indian hip hop out of the underground, founded in 2017 and now working from a first floor office in Bandra West, Mumbai. Its catalogue runs across Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kashmiri, Bengali and English, with releases from Prabh Deep, Seedhe Maut, Ahmer, Tienas, Swadesi, Ali Saffudin and Sez On The Beat. The roster is not only rap either, taking in indie, bedroom pop, house and hyper pop artists like Kim The Beloved and Frequency Time Space. New single artwork such as Aaitho Na went up on the site in August 2026, and demos come in through an open portal that asks for files, links, genre and a short bio.
