Vermont's arts council, whose Creation Grants support Vermont artists and artist groups, established or emerging, in creating new work. Awards are a flat $5,000 (with a $10,000 option for performing arts groups in dance, theater or multidisciplinary work), chosen by an independent panel of practicing artists and arts professionals.
