Saskatchewan's arts funder, with offices in Regina and Saskatoon. Its Independent Artists programme supports Saskatchewan artists to pursue their creative work and careers by funding creative, professional development or research projects and the production or presentation of artistic works, with two deadlines a year and a named consultant for each discipline, music included. It also runs a Micro-Grant Program for professional artists and arts organisations.

Applications are taken in dated rounds, not year-round — the dates below are the ones they publish.

DEADLINES Independent Artists: March 15 and October 1. Note: Artists are welcome to apply as soon as the portal opens, generally eight to twelve weeks prior to the deadline, and their projects may begin anytime after they have submitted, even if it is prior to the deadline itself. MAXIMUM FUNDING Maximum funding levels vary.
