Delaware's state arts agency, in the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington. Its Individual Artist Fellowships go to Delaware creative artists in the visual, performing, media, folk and literary arts for artistic quality, and can be used for equipment and materials, working time or other career needs: $5,000 Emerging, $8,000 Established and $12,000 Masters. Jurors are sourced and managed by Mid Atlantic Arts, and fellows must present work publicly during the year.
