Saskatchewan's economic development agency for the creative industries, on College Ave. in Regina. For musicians it offers a Sound Recording grant (up to $10,000 for an EP or $15,000 for a full-length album, max 50% of eligible expenses, recorded and mixed in Saskatchewan), a Tour Support grant for touring in Canada and abroad (up to $15,000 or 50% of the cash budget, two per year), plus showcase travel and marketing grants. Approval rates are low: 17% for recording and 28% for touring in 2024-25.

This program supports the recording and mixing process, including studio rental and producer fees in Saskatchewan at Saskatchewan facilities by Saskatchewan residents. Activities that receive funding from SK ARTS or SASKCULTURE are not eligible for support through Creative Saskatchewan investment programs.
