Stewards British Columbia's provincial grant programmes for the music and sound recording industry through its Amplify BC fund, which the Province committed $22.5 million to over three years. Its music programmes include Career Development for B.C.-based artists, Demo Recording ($2,000 grants for new and emerging artists from systemically excluded groups, recorded with local producers), Live Music, and Record in BC, which brings established out-of-province and international artists to record at B.C. studios with B.C. producers.

Record in BC attracts established out-of-province and international artists to record at B.C. studios, and with B.C. producers. B.C.-based artists must apply through the Career Development program. The Demo Recording program supports new and emerging artists from systemically excluded groups living in B.C. to engage in sound recording and mentorship with local music producers.
