Composition commissioning endowment at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Its General commissions competition is international and open to any musical genre: composers or performers apply once they already have a collaboration agreement for a new work, and the premiere cannot come sooner than March 1 after the award. It also runs the Barlow Prize and a commission for composers who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Only one application per composer is accepted to the competition. The General commissions competition is international and can incorporate any musical genre or performance locality.
