WOMAD Aotearoa is New Zealand's world music celebration, held each March in New Plymouth's Bowl of Brooklands, presenting an eclectic mix of global artists from dozens of countries in a stunning outdoor setting alongside the Tasman Sea. As part of the international WOMAD family founded by Peter Gabriel, the festival shares a core mission of bringing the world's music and culture to audiences in an inclusive, community-focused environment.
