Three-day arts and music festival produced by the City of Richardson Parks and Recreation Department in Texas each May. Several routes in for unsigned acts: the Al Johnson Performing Songwriter Contest, going since 1998, takes ten finalists to a live final on the Songwriter Stage plus an additional set on the CityLine Stage, and the festival also runs a Battle of the Bands and a vocal competition. Songwriter entries go through Broadjam, two songs per $30 entry, with the next round opening 1 January.
