The British Country Music Festival
Blackpool · GB
UK country festival rooted, in its own words, in the heritage of British and Celtic settlers whose fiddles, ballads and reels shaped country music, and focused on music discovery - championing new voices and rising stars. It has been held at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, but its homepage now says it is moving to SongCity in Manchester for 27-29 August 2027, while its Apply To Play page still gives 3-5 September 2027, so check dates with the organiser before applying. The Apply To Play call for its seventh edition is free to enter and open to all genres and subgenres of contemporary country, Americana, roots and folk, with stages for solo acts, duos and full bands.
