Four-day Memorial Day punk festival in Las Vegas that grew out of a bowling league Mark and Shawn Stern started at Bay Shore Lanes in Santa Monica for labels, bands and people from the scene, now running 100-plus bands across two outdoor stages plus late-night club shows, pool parties and art exhibitions. It publishes a dedicated band-submissions address and is straight about the odds.
