Ireland Music Week is Dublin's annual music showcase festival and international conference, held each October across multiple Dublin venues, presenting 50 emerging Irish acts to national and international promoters, labels, agents, and media. Run by First Music Contact, it is the primary discovery platform for new Irish music and a key gateway for Irish artists targeting international markets. Artists living in Ireland or Irish artists based abroad can apply via the Breaking Tunes platform each February and March; selected acts receive a contribution towards expenses.
