Festival du Voyageur

Ten-day winter festival held every February in the Saint-Boniface district of Winnipeg by Festival du Voyageur inc., a francophone non-profit founded in 1969, which calls it the largest francophone event in Western Canada. It stages artistic and educational programming inspired by the voyageur era of 1815, with live music alongside snow sculpture, historical interpretation and Métis and Indigenous programming. It runs an annual call for artists.
