Felabration is the annual week-long festival celebrating the life and music of Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, staged every October at the New Afrika Shrine in Ikeja, Lagos. Conceived by Fela's daughter Yeni in 1998 and run by the Kuti family's FK Management, it draws thousands with live performances, symposiums, and dance, art, and fashion competitions. The 2025 edition again programmed a full slate of Afrobeat and Afrobeats acts alongside its signature cultural events.
