Clockenflap is Hong Kong's biggest music and arts festival and the main international festival stage in the territory, mixing indie, rock, electronic and hip hop with an arts programme. For an artist it is unusually approachable: the festival keeps a standing, published music submission channel and states on its own contact page that music submissions are open, with tracks going to a named address. It notes that submission volume is high, so a reply is not guaranteed. General enquiries and press each have their own published address.
