Wild City has covered India's independent and underground music scene since 2011, publishing news, features, interviews, event listings and a long-running guest mix series. Recent pieces include an Arooj Aftab interview on genre and exotification, a feature on Kolkata artist khokkosh.'s debut album and news on New Delhi producer SYEYL, all posted in August 2026. Beyond editorial it co-founded the Magnetic Fields festival and runs cultural programs with the Goethe-Institut and British Council. Artists send promos and music submissions to a demo address.
