Rakista is a Filipino alternative music site operated by Rakrakan Rakista Realm OPC, which grew out of the Rakista Radio online community and now publishes news, features, release reviews and event coverage across punk, hardcore, emo, goth, metal, reggae, indie and DIY scenes. Recent posts include Fuji Rock 2026 coverage dated 23 July 2026 and 16 July 2026, and a report on Red Horse Beer Pambansang Muziklaban 2025 dated 20 March 2026 naming Tamad Si Juan of Davao as grand champion and Baguio Gold Music as Rakista People's Choice winner. It reviews individual releases, with pieces on Badburn's Law of the Scale and Saydie's Yawa music video, and its editorial page states that stories are original, that announcements are confirmed with primary sources, and that some materials come from contributor submissions or official press releases. The contact page publishes no email address and no enquiry form; the only routes it gives are a WhatsApp link and the account list, and the about page says partnerships go through WhatsApp or the contact page. The same about page states that Rakista may run display ads, collaborations and partnerships but that editorial coverage is independent, and no paid review or paid feature menu appears anywhere on the site.
