Oblakoder is a small independent culture magazine out of Belgrade, run by editor in chief Marija Todorovic with Snezana Katunac and Marija Milic. Its music desk, the Podrum section, is the part that matters for artists: news, interviews and reviews of new Serbian and regional releases, plus a separate is playing in my shop column. Recent Podrum coverage includes Iva Lorens announcing a new album with the single Vreme trosis mi, the debut EP VOLUME 1 by kezkezkez on the new Belgrade DIY imprint Dom Reno, Sajzerbiterlemon teasing a third album, and a bilingual interview with Belarusian post punk trio Molchat Doma before their Belgrade show. They also cover parties and festivals like Surf Festival, Changeover and Mountain Music Fest. Pitches go to a general address or the contact form on their Podrzi nas page, and they say outright that they are open to new proposals.
