Music Press is a Slovak online music magazine, ISSN 2453-9546, published by Music Press Production and updated daily. Daniel Hevier ml. is editor in chief, Dávid Majerský his deputy, and the masthead runs to about a dozen writers and photographers plus an external tie-up with the musicology department at Comenius University in Bratislava. The mix is news, interviews, festival and concert reports, photo galleries and CD reviews, leaning to rock, metal, alternative and jazz, with recent coverage of Sacred Reich at Randal Club, This Will Destroy You, Babyshambles in Vienna, Jack White's Frozen Charlotte and Muse. Promoters, PR agencies, artists and organisations are told on the About page to write to the editorial address, which also sits behind the mail icon in the site header. Note that the Reklama page sells banners and PR articles, so paid placement runs alongside the free editorial.
